Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use dessierebuilt.com, book a call, or join a Dessie Rebuilt coaching program, which is operated by Desmond Life Lab, LLC. By booking or paying, you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice

Dessie Rebuilt provides fitness and lifestyle coaching based on personal experience. Your coach is not a doctor, dietitian or licensed healthcare provider, and nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you're pregnant, take medication, or have a medical condition or injury.

2. Results

Results vary from person to person. Losing 20 lbs in 8 weeks is the goal the program is designed around, not a guarantee. Your results depend on your starting point, your health, and how closely you follow the plan.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical exercise and dietary changes carry some risk of injury or illness. You take part voluntarily, you're responsible for knowing your own limits, and you accept those risks.

4. Calls and rescheduling

Clarity Calls are free. To cancel or reschedule any call, use the link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss a coaching call without notice, it may count as used.

5. Payment and refunds

Your program fee, payment schedule and start date are set out in your Client Agreement, which you sign at enrollment. Founding-client pricing is limited to the first five clients who accept it and doesn't carry over to later programs.

Refunds. If you cancel before your Kickoff Call, you'll get a full refund. Once the program starts at your Kickoff Call, no refunds are given, including for missed calls or if you stop early. If you're on a payment plan, the remaining payments are still due after the program starts.

6. Pausing

You may pause the program once, for up to 14 days, for illness, injury or family emergency. A pause does not pause, delay or reduce payments. The program end date moves back by the length of the pause.

7. Founding-client testimonials

If you join as a founding client, you agree to share honest feedback and a written testimonial at the end of week 8. We'll only use your name, photos or measurements publicly with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

8. Our materials

Plans, guides and other materials we give you are for your personal use only. Please do not resell or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dessie Rebuilt's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
