8-WEEK 1:1 COACHING · CORPORATE PROFESSIONALS
Every other program assumed you had two spare hours and a slow week. This one is built around 60-hour weeks, client dinners and airport food — because that was my week too.

For 15 years I worked as a designer and manager in Architecture & Interior Design: 60-hour weeks, back-to-back meetings, dinners on the company card, and countless late nights. By 2017, I weighed 235 lbs; I was tired by 3pm, easily out of breath on stairs, and I was constantly avoiding photos. I tried what everyone tries: the 5am bootcamps, meal-prep Sundays, a keto phase, you name it. Everyone of them worked for a few weeks, until a deadline or a work trip broke the routine and I was back to zero.
Discipline mattered, but what finally worked was building the plan around my calendar instead of fighting it: a protein floor I could hit at any restaurant, a daily walking target, and one training slot I protected like a client meeting. I lost 70 lbs in 6 months and have kept it off for 8 years. It didn’t come from a textbook or a certificate. It came from years of making it work through the busiest stretch of my career. That's what I now hand to clients.
Lived experience, not a textbook
Desk-bound schedules, 30s–50s
We log your real week — meetings, travel, sleep, what you actually eat. No restrictions in this phase.
Protein floor, a walking target, and one non-negotiable training slot that survives a bad week.
Training gets harder, food gets tighter, and we stress-test the plan against travel and dinners.
You drive the week without me checking in. We fix what wobbles and write down your maintenance rules.

I'm taking my first five clients at a founding rate. In exchange I ask for weekly photos, honest feedback, and a written testimonial at week 8, whatever the number says.
Founding rate and payment options are covered on your consultation call, after the clarity call.

No. Everything I coach comes from years of doing it in the same job you have, not from a course. If you want a clinician, I will tell you that on the call.
For some people, yes. On the clarity call I will tell you honestly what your starting point makes likely.
About three and a half hours a week of training, plus ten minutes a day of logging.
No. Travel weeks have their own rules. That is the part most programs skip.
Tell me on the call. If it needs a doctor rather than a coach, I will say so.
It depends on the plan that fits you, so I go through the investment and payment options on your consultation call (after the clarity call). Founding clients get a reduced rate.
You keep the written plan and run it yourself. Some people carry on with monthly check-ins; there is no lock-in.
