Privacy Policy

Dessie Rebuilt ("we", "us") is a health and fitness coaching service run by Desmond Life Lab, LLC, based in Morton Grove, Illinois. This policy explains what we collect when you use dessierebuilt.com, book a call, or become a client, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and your answers on our forms, such as your weight-loss goal and how often you travel for work.

• If you become a client: health and progress information you share during coaching, such as weight, measurements, photos, food logs, sleep and training notes.

• Automatically: basic device and usage data (browser, pages visited, the link you arrived from) collected through cookies and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel.

• Payments: handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To schedule and run your calls and send you the meeting link and reminders.

• To deliver the coaching program and track your progress.

• To reply to your questions.

• To send marketing messages, only if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• To measure how our website and Instagram ads perform.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the consent box on our form, we'll text you about appointments and, if you agreed separately, promotions. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to book a call. We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business: our CRM and booking platform, Google for calendar, video calls and email, our payment processor, and Meta for ad measurement. We may also disclose it when the law requires us to.

Health information

We're a coaching service, not a medical provider, so HIPAA doesn't cover the information you share with us. We still treat it as sensitive: only your coach sees it, and we never use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're a lead or client and for 2 years after that, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails and texts, at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
